Save the date! Klong Phai Farm School Culinary Contest 2024 is coming up on Saturday, 23 March 2024, from 07:00 to 17:00 at The Food School Bangkok. Don’t miss out on the ultimate reality live cooking contest! Witness the ultimate live cooking contest with 8 teams from Thailand’s top Culinary Schools battling it out. Our panel of judges includes Michelin star chefs and Disciple Escoffier chefs. Be there to taste the excitement!
Talented Contestants: Eight teams representing seven culinary institutions will vie for top honors:
– Two teams from Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Thani
– One team from OHAP – School of The Oriental Hotel Apprenticeship Programme
– One team from Ecole Ducasse Nai Lert Bangkok Studio
– One team from The Food School
– One team from Suan Dusit University
– One team from HCTC – Hospitality and Catering Training Centre
– One team from RICE – Rattanakosin International College of Creative Entrepreneurs
