Chicken Paupiettes

• Ingredients: Chicken breast, Stuffing Duck with mushrooms (Duck breast, Chicken liver, Duck confit, Fried mushroom, Brandy, Armagnac, Porto, Eggs, Herbs, Rice flour, Seasoning).
• Preparation instructions:
  • Defrost: Place the frozen Chicken Paupiettes in the refrigerator for a few hours until fully defrosted.
  • Cook:
    • Heat a pan over medium heat and add a generous amount of butter.
    • Place the defrosted Chicken Paupiettes in the pan.
    • Cook for about 5 minutes on each side, until the outside is golden brown and the inside reaches a safe internal temperature.
    • Serve hot with your choice of sides or sauce.
