Coq Au Vin / Chicken in Red Wine Sauce
- Ingredients: Chicken, Chicken stock, Red wine, Vegetables, Paris Mushrooms, Bacon, Rice flour, Herbs (Bouquet garni) and Spices, Condiments (Iodized Salt, Pepper)
- Preparation instructions:
- In a double boiler : Place the jar without the lid in a saucepan of water at room temperature, keep on medium heat for 20 minutes.
- In a sauce pan : Pour the content with 5 tbsp. of water and warm over medium heat for 12 minutes, stirring frequently.
