Canard à l’orange / Duck in Orange Sauce

• Ingredients: Chicken stock, Duck, Vegetables, Orange juice, Sugar, Red wine vinegar, Rice flour, Porto, Herbs (Bouquet garni), Condiments (Iodized Salt, Pepper)
• Preparation instructions:
  • Using a Microwave: Put in a microwave at 800 watt for 5 mins.
  • Deep the frozen without opening the bag in a saucepan of simmering water and warm it over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  • Open and pour the frozen content with 3 tbsp. of water in a saucepan and warm over medium heat for 12 minutes, stirring frequently.
• Made from Free-Range Duck, no hormones, no antibiotics
