Canard à l’orange / Duck in Orange Sauce
- Ingredients: Chicken stock, Duck, Vegetables, Orange juice, Sugar, Red wine vinegar, Rice flour, Porto, Herbs (Bouquet garni), Condiments (Iodized Salt, Pepper)
- Preparation instructions:
- In a double boiler : Place the jar without the lid in a saucepan of water at room temperature, keep on medium heat for 20 minutes.
- In a saucepan : Pour the content with 5 tbsp. of water and warm over medium heat for 12 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Made from Free-Range Duck, no hormones, no antibiotics
- No MSG, No Preservatives
- Shelve life: 3 months
- Store: 0-5°C.
