- Creamy with a mushroom taste / paired with grilled meat or pasta
- Ingredients: Mushrooms (Paris mushroom, chimney mushroom, oyster mushroom, dried porcini, dried black trumpet), Garlic & Onions, Red wine, Brandy & Porto, Cream, Butter, Rice flour, Salt & Black pepper
- Preparation instruction: Put sauce and 1 tablespoon of water per 100g of sauce in a pan on low heat until it’s warm.
