Pre-Cooked Stuffed Red Label Chicken
- Pre-Cooked Stuffed Red Label Chicken 4-6 pax (Stuffing Duck with mushrooms 150-200 g / free gravy) 1.5-1.6 kg
- Stuffing Recipes: Red Label Chicken 80% Stuffing 20% (Duck breast, Chicken liver, Duck confit, Fried mushroom, Brandy, Armagnac, Porto, Eggs, Herbs, Rice flour, Seasoning)
- Preparation instruction:
- Remove the chicken from the fridge 1h30 before use.
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) on convection mode for 10 minutes.
- Transfer the chicken to an oven-safe tray, brush with oil or melted butter and bake for 15 minutes breast down, then turn breast up for 20 minutes more.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes after removing it from the oven, then slice and serve.
- Chilled: Shelve life 3 days
