Veau Sauce Forestière / Veal in Mushroom Sauce
- Ingredients: Veal, Mushrooms, Chicken Stock, Vegetables, Red wine, Cream, Brandy and Porto, Rice flour, Condiments (Iodized Salt, Pepper)
- Preparation instructions:
- Using a Microwave: Put in a microwave at 800 watt for 5 mins.
- Deep the frozen without opening the bag in a saucepan of simmering water and warm it over medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Open and pour the frozen content with 3 tbsp. of water in a saucepan and warm over medium heat for 12 minutes, stirring frequently.
