We have an on-site return policy, which means you can only return a product after you receive it by delivery with in 24 hrs.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

RETURNS:
Eligibility: We accept returns on our products within 24 hrs of receiving the products.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, the products must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase for all return requests.
Packaging: The Product must be returned in its original packaging.

REFUNDS:
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed after the returned item is received.
Partial Refunds: We reserve the right to issue partial refunds for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
Exclusions: Refunds are not applicable to perishable items that have been opened or used, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged.

EXCHANGES:
Product Exchange: We offer exchanges for products if they are defective or damaged.
Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 24 hrs of receiving the products.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
