Shipping policy

We understand that when you make an order, you want our fresh products as quick as possible and we will do our best to make that happen!

Our shipping team fulfils order Monday-Saturday (morning), excluding holidays. Orders will typically ship within 1-2 business days after the order being placed. Orders placed after 11 am (+7GMT) will be shipped the following day at the earliest. We will do our best to process the order as quickly as possible.

You should receive an email confirmation your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you do not receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it (Please mark “Not as spam” top receive the emails directly into your Inbox).

Shipment Addresses

It is the customers responsibility to ensure the address details on the account information is accurate, we do not amend these, we copy them and use them on the parcel.

We cannot be responsible if there is any delay caused by:

  • Strikes
  • weather conditions
  • error in your address when you placed your order
  • if nobody is there to receive the order
